Well we think a 1000 pictures actually and all of them moving showing exactly what’s going on; and that’s why we are launching SERVICEview today. A totally new dimension to our electro-mechanical and automation repair services. From today, we will be videoing the diagnostic and testing elements of our refurbishment processes. We believe this will give greater transparency to our service as we will be showing and explaining what faults we find with our customers equipment; not just sending a quote for refurbishment.

More importantly for me is the ability to email a video of the test being carried out. The repair and refurbishment industry can have a bad reputation due to items not being fully tested and hence failing when fitted. I know that no company can repair everything, however I firmly believe that showing a video of a test goes a long way in proving our abilities, being transparent and giving our customers confidence in our repairs.
