Fletcher Moorland’s 2025 Employee of the Year
As we closed out 2025 we took a little time out from daily business to recognise our team.
Our team go above and beyond everyday in their roles to deliver outstanding results for our customers and the business. We ask the team to raise nominations for the coveted spot of, “Employee of the Year”.
Reasons for the nominations can be extremely varied. They can be extremely personal, to simply an acknowledgement of a job well done.
Nominated Employees

He consistently demonstrates dedication, responsibility, and an excellent work ethic. He is always willing to support the team, take initiative, and adapt fast, making him a true example for others."

"They bring an optimistic outlook to work every day. Supporting their team and the wider business. They’re always happy to constructively contribute to ideas, process changes etc to improve the performance of the company, not just what will direct impact their own area of the business. Their compassionate personality, often leads to them supporting colleagues from across the business who are having difficulties both within their roles and personally. From my observations this is generally done in complete confidence and for no personal gain. They’re someone I consider a advocate for Fletcher Moorland."

"Always gets on with his job with no fuss and to a level expected. Nothing is ever too much trouble. He Has on multiple occasions stepped up in a leadership capacity without any fuss or issues."

Nathan Bradley
"The most approachable employee in the winding department, he has taken on the Team Leader role this year with the utmost professionalism. Even when working on opposite shifts, he provides thorough handovers to ensure all winders are fully informed about developments within the department, from ongoing tasks to any relevant personal matters. He has shown excellent progression this year and continues to be an invaluable asset to the team."

"Always willing to help out, took on new responsibilities, and always calm and approachable whatever the situation."

"We have never had anybody in that position and he comes in and just cracks on. It helps me personally as well and he is always ready to help and gives ideas. He also has to put up with a lot and I'm just impressed overall. He is also a great bloke in general and has a good vibe about him."

Employee of the Year 2025
With very little to choose between them, our runners up were John Roe and Andy Spencer.
However with numerous nominations from across the business Joe Adams took the crown! In an exceptionally busy role, that supports every area of the business, he's kept a cool head and ensured that everything we need to operate is taken care of.
