Torque Control Applications
Precision torque control with up to 250 μs update rate for induction, permanent-magnet and hybrid PM motors. Highly efficient (98%) with minimal energy loss, featuring easy common DC bus setup, dynamic braking, and regenerative mode. Available as stand-alone, modular or pre-assembled drives up to 2.8 MW (4,200 hp) with on-board PLC for logic and sequencing.
Speed Control Applications
Fully configurable S-ramps with high-bandwidth speed loops and switching frequencies up to 16 kHz. Universal feedback interface supports resolvers, incremental and absolute encoders. Stationary autotune, low acoustic noise via multi-speed fan and intelligent thermal management, plus integrated Safe Torque Off (STO) certified to SIL3 / PLe.
Position Control Applications
Supports virtually all control bus technologies for seamless PLC integration. Built-in 1.5-axis motion controller with cam profiles, homing, and electronic gearbox. Scalable motion control can reduce or replace central PLC demands. Comprehensive motion safety functions included, compatible with safe networks.
