MICHELIN has had a long-standing relationship with Fletcher Moorland whose services for the tyre manufacturing giant include repairing and refurbishing everything from pumps to motors and, most recently, printed circuit boards and touch pads. Kevan Williams, RS Tec, based at Michelin’s factory in Stoke-on-Trent, said: “There are two areas in which we work with Fletcher Moorland. Firstly, they refurbish older items for us as part of our standard recuperation circuit, so when we have a spare unit we can send it to them for restoration. “The other service they provide is emergency repair when we have a breakdown. This is a service which is provided on a 24/7 basis and is essential in helping me ensure our factory keeps operating around the clock. Fletcher Moorland has supported us in these aspects for many years and we have never been let down by their level of service or ability to respond.”
